Over the last ten days, I have been testing out Danish brand ECOOKING’s cleanser, moisturiser and body oil. Aesthetically monochrome and fully vegan and cruelty free, these products from ECOOKING definitely set the tone for the future of the market. The cleanser is super supple but feels really effective alongside its peer brands delivering really effective results. The moisturiser is super light but actually super effective, leaving your skin feeling very hydrated. The oil is more viscous and functions well for the body, beard and also(!) your hair when used lightly.
I love the design of the brand founded by Tina Søgaard who started making all of the products at home with all natural ingredients. You definitely feel the sense of luxury and deep thought that went into each product resulting in a powerful set of basics that you’ll want to keep replenishing! Everything is produced in Denmark and the formulations are 100% paraben free and vegan (excluding natural beeswax in the brand’s Multi Balm and Lip Balms). The brand prides itself on honesty and transparency so every single ingredient is listed on the front panel of each and every bottle and they’re actually so pure that you could eat them – but maybe don’t try this at home!
