You are about to witness one of the most creative, intelligent and beautiful pieces of video content that 2011 has had to offer. Girl Panic! is a fantastic brand collaboration between Duran Duran, The Savoy London and Swarovski Elements directed by KARLISMYUNKLE favourite Jonas Akerlund (Paparazzi, Telephone, Hold It Against Me) and produced to celebrate the heritage of one of rock and rolls most iconic groups.
The video stars Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Eva Herzigova, Yasmin LeBon and Helena Christensen as the band itself in a day-in-the-life-of exposé – along with some breathtaking footage that makes you proud to be a Londoner. It also features a rather special Dolce & Gabbana cameo appearance where the duo plays Harper’s Bazaar UK’s guest fashion editors for the day during a photoshoot scene. Check the video out below with a making of clip under the cut.

Could anything be more perfect than a highbrow magazine dedicated exclusively to Lindsay Lohan? No. It is a flawless concept. With her imminent jail sentence set to take place, what better way to celebrate one of KARLISMYUNKLE’s creative icons than by perusing through 56 pages of lazer printed Lindsay images. Lindzine is available from WORMHOLES via Hamburger Eyes.

Flawless talented goddess of the moment, Lana Del Rey, is featured on her first magazine cover for Wonderland, shot by AJ Numan, styled by Julia Sarr-Jamois, with jewels by Miu Miu. Lana has been on the KARLISMYUNKLE playlist (and featured on the Facebook page) for a good couple of months now. Her track Video Games went viral in October and her self directed video for the track, along with the clips for Blue Jeans and Kinda Outta Luck are absolutely breathtaking (you can see them all under the cut). Lana announced that she is also working with French director Yoann Lemoine for her next single ‘Born To Die’, which is a really exciting collaboration in the making.
Lana is going to be absolutely huge, she is more than just “one to watch”, but a cultural force to be reckoned with. Enjoy the cover and videos.
