Drawing us in with panning vocalizations, expanding into a super dimensional tech house crescendo with cerebral ad-libs, Dual Mono and Name ME open Time with intrigue and futuristic notions. We immediately connect with the hypnotic energy that manifests and the melodic riffs which also include disco slide interconnecting motifs.
The pitched vocals add a subversive and industrial edge to the piece, which is complemented by the track’s artwork. The vocals pull out to deliver an almost cathartic, deep house moment before a climactic EDM-adjacent rebuild with textured toppers and a vocal reprise. The dance-pop interludes are genius, adding a touch of melody to the visceral overarching experience, which is also what the track concludes with.
There is something almost otherworldly about Time. The track feels designed to alter our state of consciousness. We can imagine this being particularly powerful in a darkened room at FOLD in London, surrounded by strobes and bodies moving as one, where the distinction between the individual and the collective energy of the dance floor totally dissolves.
There is no doubt that the track would also be perfect for a club like Berghain, Fabric, Printworks, Amnesia Ibiza or Hï Ibiza, whilst the futuristic production could also sit beautifully within the more immersive electronic environments of Village Underground or Phonox.

We also connect with the way Dual Mono and Name ME balance the visceral with the melodic. The track could easily have remained locked into its industrial, tech-house framework, but the dance-pop motifs open another energetic portal, giving us something melodic to hold onto.
Founded in Tallinn in 2025 by producers and musicians Anton Ragoza and Kovalenco Gennadi, Dual Mono are already beginning to establish themselves within the European electronic scene. Their approach moves fluidly between EDM, dance and deep house, with sound design and expressive melody placed equally at the centre of the experience. We love that Time feels less concerned with fitting neatly into one electronic genre and more interested in creating an atmosphere. It is energy, style and movement, but there is also a cerebral quality that gives the track longevity beyond the dance floor. Their appearance in the Beatport Deep House Top 100 suggests that the project is already beginning to gain traction, and Time feels like another step into that wider electronic landscape.
Needless to say, we are drawn into the frequency of Time and have added the track to our New Music Spotlight playlist, and our TRIPPY playlist, whilst we continue to explore the wider discographies of both Dual Mono and Name ME.
