We immediately connect with the spiritual message of oneness that manifests throughout We Are One, as LeVioN explores the ancient notion that beneath our perceived differences… we are all connected. There are clear echoes of ancient Vedic philosophies and the idea of a universal consciousness, which feels particularly poignant in our current climate of global turmoil, division, conflict and uncertainty. LeVioN reminds us, “We built borders, labels and reasons to quarrel between us, and the song is the reminder.”
We appreciate the epic energy of the composition, with soaring melodic guitars, celestial textures and dynamic arrangements creating a cinematic sense of elevation. There is something almost transcendental about the track, as if we are being transported somewhere beyond the physical realm. We could imagine We Are One being featured in the Oscar-winning One Battle After Another, whilst it would also work beautifully in films like Dune: Part Two, Interstellar, or The Creator.
Speaking on the project, LeVioN shares, “[This] is the way we give God the shape of a sound. Every track is a prayer, every riff a call towards the light.” We appreciate the intentionality behind this philosophy, particularly as the creators describe their sound as: Spiritual Cosmic Metal – a fascinating collision between the raw force of rock and what they describe as the “high vibration of consciousness.”
