We have been following Dorian‘s career for a few years now, and this has to be his best release to date! The rising star is kicking off the summer in style with OOO. The production is slick and it is a bold and infectious, sensually-charged release that arrives poignantly during Pride Month.
The track is brimful of energy, emotion, and undeniable confidence – which is very inspiring to see. The track feels like a celebration of self-expression whilst exploring the complicated emotions that come with passion, attraction and connection. Dorian is really coming into his own with this one.
Establishing the mood with glitched vocal effects, with an almost percussive feel, OOO creates a sense of anticipation before giving way to a sleek, immersive hyper-R&B production. The track is filled with dimensional ad-libs and a high octane flow which keeps the momentum moving. It’s the kind of song that feels equally at home on a Pride playlist, a late-night drive, or a crowded dancefloor. We could also imagine Dorian delivering this track on a Pride tour.
At its heart, the song explores the desire for a place where love, communication and vulnerability can exist without fear. Dorian taps into that universal longing for emotional safety whilst navigating the sparks and tension that come with a deeply passionate relationship. We could imagine it in a scene with Charles in Netflix‘s Beauty in Black.

Vocally, Dorian is completely in his element. His performance is packed with charisma, effortlessly shifting between playful moments and emotionally charged delivery. Fans of Michael Jackson, Usher and Justin Timberlake would absolutely be able to connect, but Dorian is also creating a sound of his own.
The song’s concept is equally compelling. The repeated “ooo” becomes more than just a catchy hook, it acts as an expression of desire, excitement, and surrender. The sexual undertones are impossible to miss, but they’re handled with confidence rather than excess.
One of the most enjoyable aspects of OOO is its contrast. Whilst much of the track thrives on assertive, high-energy, there are also moments where everything feels more ethereal. Haunting vocal layers create brief flashes of introspection that add depth to the composition.
Needless to say, we continue to be in awe of what Dorian is manifesting, and have added OOO to our New Music Spotlight playlist and our TIMELESS and TRIPPY playlists, whilst we anticipate the star’s upcoming album and continue to stream his discography.
