We appreciate the build of the production with lyrics resonating like a comforting mantra whilst cerebral details grow with a boundless and dynamic bassline. Textured toppers make the composition expansive, whilst human piano chords add a high emotional quotient to the song.
As for the message, we appreciate the reassuring nature of the prose. This feels zeitgeist at a time when many of us are feeling lost with the state of turmoil in the world. In that sense, we really appreciate what Zimca is sharing on a personal and societal level.
There is no doubt that LOST has a cinematic allure, which would be perfect for a sync placement in a TV show like Euphoria on HBO, or a remake of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Speaking on the release, Zimca simply says, “This song was made at the end of 2025 summer and since summer is just around the corner it could be a good vibe to start this year’s summer.”
We learn that Zimca is an Estonian music producer. He is known for crafting tracks across a wide spectrum of electronic styles, from deep house and bass house to drum & bass. He embraces a genre-expansive ideology, and tells us that music shouldn’t be boxed in by labels. For him, what truly matters is the feeling a track creates.
Growing up constantly surrounded by music, Zimca developed a deep connection to sound from an early age. Over the past decade, he has steadily refined his skills and shaped his own distinctive approach to production.
