Establishing the mood with a cerebral vocal riser and glitched nuances, expanding with a dramatic and dimensional synth, Star Seeds Report opens Psy-Go! with dynamism and psychedelic adjacency, as if we are tripping into another dimension.
A fierce crescendo leads up to a boundless techno soundscape, giving alien rave vibes with panning details, whirring bass hits, textured percussion and a sense of ancient futurism that manifests. We appreciate the shooting laser details, the driving pulse of the song, and the melodic detailing that feels perfect for a club or festival performance at Tomorrowland.
Glitched vocals emerge mid-way through the piece which adds further intrigue to the composition, building into an almost Blade-esque darker notion. This continues until the finale, which introduces an acid bassline briefly before a fade out leaves us yearning for more.
Speaking on the release of Psy-Go!, Star Seeds Report confesses, “After releasing some more mellow tracks, I wanted to return to the Psy and Goa Trance direction that first captured my heart back in the early ’90s rave scene.”

The composer elaborates, “This track is the result — a journey built from the same energy that once lit up underground parties and iconic events like Thunderdome, but filtered through my own story, experiences, and love for the music. For me, every track is like writing a little story, and this one is about reconnecting with the pulse of where it all began.”
Star Seeds Report is a Dutch producer. After years as a professional light and sound engineer at iconic events like Thunderdome and Sensation, he returned to his first love: creating music. Blending classical training, band experience, and a passion for trance’s late-’90s spirit, his tracks are heartfelt journeys from the heart and mind.
Naturally, we are in awe of the Psy-Go!, and have added the composition to our New Music Spotlight playlist, and our TRIPPY playlist, whilst we continue to stream Star Seeds Report‘s wider discography, including Nouadhibou and Blue Moon Project.
