Establishing the mood with immersive, astral bell tones, reverberating through space and time with a melodic synth, Antistar opens Pyrotexnima with an atmospheric timbre and the the metaphorical lyrics in Greek which translate to, “Alone on a planet, I wake from oblivion, I fly but your absence doesn’t fulfill me, I follow your star…”
The introspective prose continues, “I keep getting drunk, I mess up the puzzle and I keep forgetting where I want to go, I keep laughing when I look at you, I ignite, and like a firework, I explode…”. The words evoke a poignant image of isolation, as if Antistar is emotionally and spiritually stranded in a world of his own.
In essence, the message feels relatable and zeitgeist considering the state of reality and the physical world as we know it. We are in awe of the production – minimalist yet ethereally dimensional with a touch of melancholia. The (anti)star’s prose is captivating, and his delivery feels authentic and transcendental at the same time.

Fans of Sevdaliza, Woodkid, and IAM will definitely be able to connect with the avant-garde high emotional quotient, but there is also no doubt that Antistar is manifesting a universe of his very own, literally.
Antistar tells us, “Pyrotexnima is not just a song — it’s an audio hologram.” He adds, “This is music for the outsiders. The beautiful wrecks. The ones who feel too much in a world that feels too little.”
We learn that the opus is produced by Tedis, intended to “dissolve the line between dream and simulation — a fragile voice searching for intimacy in a digitized world.” We deeply connect with the ambient and cerebrally cosmic sound that Antistar brings to life, and have added Pyrotexnima to our New Music Spotlight playlist, as well as our TRIPPY playlist, whilst we continue to stream the wider discography of Antistar, including Polaroid, and Keno.
