By now, you will know that we are huge fans of deep dive species, having featured a slew of their recent release! When we found that the talented creators had released Unconditional, our interest was peaked and we couldn’t wait to listen and share our experience.
Setting the tone with astral guitar melodies, deep dive species open Unconditional with an immersive nature, and intricacy before a pulsating bass line evokes amplified drama. The composition expands with poetic depth and a sense of warmth in line with the title of the track.
A meditative synth draws us in further, manifesting a conscious experience for us as we connect on a more profound level with the composition. Coming in at a mere one minute and fourty-four seconds, the opus really does leave us yearning for more!
Speaking on the release, deep dive species tell us, “Unconditional is tender and touching suite about love. Not a love song, but a musical postcard. Beware, at some point it can make you cry or send the chills down your spine. For it has that elusive glimpse of sadness, like the one found in tears of joy.”

We are absolutely mesmerized by the music video, created by Segmentality, bringin to life an old film from a parallel universe. The band describe it as “like a string of surrealistic paintings coming to life, dancing out their stories about love.”
