RADICALLY KIND: Project for Animal Liberation launches in London

Despite it being 2023, and the knowledge and truth of animal exploitation and climate change being heavily disseminated in the public domain, it is still apparent that vegan activism has an important place in society.

There are an estimated 88 million vegans on planet Earth, making up just over 1% of the global population. To further increase this, and thereby solving most of the world’s problems including but not limited too speciesism, climate change, biodiversity, world hunger, world peace, environmental racism, equality, and so on… a new activist group has popped up in London under the name of: RADICALLY KIND.

If you have been in central London over the last month, you might have seen them at key locations around the city, possibly in underwear, with signs about the positives of being vegan, the truth about the impact of non-veganism, and inspiring speeches from a bright and savvy perspective.

The team, who have a history of working with leading animal rights groups, are ready to share QR codes linked to presentations and documentaries, and leaflets with lists of must-see content to help us open our minds and hearts.

The collective has launched a website, with a statement of intent and images, as well as their social media channels, where you can find out about getting involved in future protests.

Their manifesto reads:

We are RADICALLY KIND for Animal Liberation!
Defending Animal Rights is our belief. Animal suffering has to stop!
Together, we can make this world a better place. Revolution does start with a choice, so why stay neutral in the face of injustice? Be on the right side of history.
The purpose of this project is to reconnect people with animals. RADICALLY KIND aims to awaken their emotions, turn on their feelings and challenge their logic.
RADICALLY KIND is an inclusive space.
Everybody is welcome to our demos and outreach events no matter your religion, gender, race, sexual orientation, age, disability.
Kindness is a revolutionary act. Join the revolution!

A reminder that no one is free until the animals are free, speciesism is the root of all oppression, animals deserve love and freedom. So why not join if you are already vegan, you can also look into how to optimise your communication as a vegan with Beyond Carnism, and if you aren’t vegan yet, you can look into transitioning with Challenge 22, and read about Manifesting A Vegan Future with NEO 10Y.
