Bromsen share emotive dedication to their heroes with new single, Read About It

We previously featured Bromsen as they took us on an introspective and immersive trip with The Photograph and for their profound ode to friendship, We!, so when we heard that they were back with Read About It, we were curious to say the least!

Enticing us with a dimensional synthscape, Read About It opens with nothing short of instrumental mastery. The opus expands with evocative prose that inspires us to reflect, and we are mesmerized by the textured nuance and the cohesive tapestry of sound that Bromsen create.

It is no surprise that Bromsen have just been signed with Epictronic for the release of their debut album Brothers in Mind, which is set for release later this year!

The middle eight takes on a meditative energy, before a luscious final reprise. We learn that the inspiration behind the song lies in “the artists who wholeheartedly dedicated themselves to their craft and lived their art.”

The creators confess, “They created incredible music and art, yet often faced personal struggles. Regrettably, they are no longer with us, leaving behind their music and stories for us to cherish and learn from.”

Bromsen continue with depth, “Alongside renowned figures like Jim Morrison and Kurt Cobain, who have inspired countless individuals, the song also pays tribute to lesser-known artists who met a similar fate. These unsung heroes, whose art never reached the wider public, are also acknowledged in the song.”

We absolutely love the intentional nature of the release, and have added Read About It to our New Music Spotlight playlist, whilst we continue to stream Bromsen‘s growing discography, and anticipate their upcoming album!
