Adrielle Bow Belle shares her art as activism with evocative new single, Breaking News (Soul Food)

The opus expands with situational lyricism as Adrielle Bow Belle showcases her range and depth of emotion. Needless to say, we are in awe. We immediately connect with the authenticity and raw talent that Adrielle shares with her performance, and are mesmerized by her poetic prowess and activism as she sings, “Black lives don’t matter, til they matter to the ones holding the gun, you better run…”

Breaking News (Soul Food) is describes as “a heartfelt and unapologetic track that talks about the Black American experience.” It is laced with emotional depth, and thought-provoking prose.

It is no surprise that Adrielle Bow Belle won the International Songwriting Award for her songs Runaway and Breaker Blues in 2017 and 2021, respectively. Her talent is undeniable and her voice creates a cohesive tapestry of sound with masterful instrumental accompaniment. The piano solo is simply out of this world!
