Blueburst wants to be heard on epic third single, Amplify Me

Having previously featured Blueburst for his debut and sophomore singles, Vanish and Supernova, we were excited to learn that the rising star had just released two brand new tracks, Amplify Me, and a cover of The Clash‘s Train in Vain!

Amplify Me opens with a vibrant, alternative rock energy, showcasing the instrumental mastery that we have come to love and expect from Blueburst. He shares introspective lyrics, laced with metaphors before singing the evocative hook, “Somebody, amplify me…. amplify me…”

The 90s, alt-rock vibe has us in awe, and once again demonstrates the power of Blueburst as an artist, and his ability to create a refined and captivating body of work.

Craig Douglas Miller‘s raw talent is unrivalled, although he will be quick to credit the man who inspired him to return to music, Marty Willson-Piper.

Speaking on the release of Amplify Me, Craig confesses, “Amplify Me is definitely the hardest heaviest thing we’ve done. It’s a song about the rage that’s created when we feel like we’re not being heard, and the sound expresses that.”

Without spoiling too much of our next post dedicated to Train in Vain, it is worth noting that both songs have been released together as “they’re both inspired by a sense of outrage and despair stemming from feeling powerless.”

Naturally, we have added Amplify Me to our New Music Spotlight playlist, whilst we continue to stream Vanish, and Supernova, as well as Train in Vain, which we plan to dedicate a full post to later today!
