Izzy T knows her worth on self-realized and empowering new anthem, Catch Myself

Immersing us with a dimensional, expansive synthscape and atmospheric vocal textures, Izzy opens Catch Myself with the assertive adage, “If you don’t love me at worst, you don’t deserve me at my best…”

The authenticity is tangible as the rising star, who is based in London and originally from Hull, shares her innermost realizations with her latest release. Delivering a highly relatable theme, fused with a progressive rock sonic architecture, Izzy T captures a timeless energy with the empowerment anthem.

Cerebral vocal design resonates with the subversive pop-rock of edge that Izzy T exudes within the constructs of her refined artistry. Her flow is intricate and emotive, as the artist frees herself from the shackles and emotional baggage of her former reality.

Speaking on the release, Izzy T confesses, “Catch Myself is a bounce back anthem! It was written at a time when I was going through a lot of changes, a really transformational time where it was either sink or swim. I flew out to LA, and had the space to find myself again, which was so empowering.”

The icon continues, “I reevaluated a lot, including the kind of energy I’m willing to accept into my life from any kind of friendship or relationship. Through the hardest times you realise who are you ride or dies, and also just how capable, and strong you can be when you’re pushed to your limits. I’m so thankful not only for the opportunity to learn and grow, but for the experience that influenced this song. I hope it empowers the hell outta people!”

The opus is highly cathartic for both Izzy T and those privileged enough to experience Catch Myself. It follows her singles, I Feel Everything, and On My Mind which have top tier endorsements from major streaming platforms, BBC Radio 1 and Kerrang!
