Setting the tone with cerebral percussion and choral chants, Bloodlin3 and Krizz Kaliko open their collaborative single, Until I Fall with intrigue and textured vocals.
We experience a fierce and assertive flow from 2Severe aka Stephen King with philosophical constructs and metaphorical references, and needless to say, we are in awe. The opus expands with dimensionality to take us on a subversive journey with a luscious strings arrangement.
The choruses are empowering in nature, and the track is laced with hooks as Reinman Quiji aka Blackrein showcases his lyrical mastery and poetic prowess. Mallachi aka Miggidy comes though like fire on the third verse, and if we thought that wasn’t enough, Krizz Kaliko shares his evocative chorus once more.
Speaking on the message of Until I Fall, the trio tell us that the song is designed to encourage us, “Not to give up, keep battling until you last breath.” For their words of wisdom, we are grateful.
The sibling trio cite Bone Thugs N Harmony, Tech N9ne, Twista, and Eminem as their influences, which we can feel come though in Until I Fall, but it is clear that Bloodlin3 are creating a universe of their own.
