Lola Lennox shares her soul on anthemic and refined new single, Dreamer

Drawing us in with a celestial energy, intricate keys, and a dynamic strings arrangement, Lola Lennox opens Dreamer with intrigue, dimensionality and atmospheric vocals as she sings the introspective prose, “I used to sit around and dream about my life, and how I’d turn out… All the empty pages, the future looked so bright, I didn’t know then what I know now…”

The rising star comes to terms with her reality, with an optimistic edge, as she takes us on a personal journey of self-realization. We appreciate her astral delivery, and the poetic prowess with which she conveys her message.

The video is a trip, showcasing an epic performance from the star, and pieces of the artist’s current reality, allowing us to get to know Lola on a deeper level. Now living in Los Angeles by way of London, Lola Lennox explores “love, loss, hope, fear and human nature” with her art.

She is currently working alongside top songwriters such as Eg White (Florence + The MachineSam Smith), Dan Wilson (Adele) and Dan Muckala (Leona LewisLeAnn Rimes), designing her work to “bridge the gap between nostalgia and modernity.” We have added Dreamer to our New Music Spotlight playlist, whilst we continue to stream her wider discography, including the entire Dreamer EP!
