Olla returns with consciously enlightened sophomore single, Prana

We recently featured newcomer Olla for the exquisite ode to her favourite city, Monte-Carlo, so when we heard that the rising star had just released Prana, we couldn’t wait to listen and feed back.

Drawing us in with a rising, meditative frequency and wind chime detailing, Olla opens Prana with atmospheric vocals as she sings, “Bright, this world is so changeable, feels like it’s drifting under my feet, I’m hearing the sound of my heartbeat…”

We appreciate the descriptive nature of the lyrics, and how Olla paints a euphoric and dimensional portrait of our shared planet with her words. The opus is enticing and charming with spiritual and conscious prose inspiring us to connect with Earth, ourselves and the visionary artist.

The title of the song comes from the yogic teaching and is translated from Sanskrit as “life force energy” or “breath of life”. The enlightened popstar confesses, “I feel my prana through love, which I believe is the greatest power on Earth. It is a healing, fulfilling and inspiring force that does conquer all.”

Olla continues, “There is an obvious romance in this song, which is meant to be so as this track is my anniversary present to my main supporter and the source of my inspiration.”

We have added Prana to our New Music Spotlight playlist, whilst we watch the the accompanying visual for the song which features Olla in her home town, on a boat, and delivering an epic and transcendental performance of the song!
