Angelina Luzi releases enchanting and inspiring new single, Silent Moon

Setting the tone with a cerebral frequency, astral bells, and nuanced percussion, Angelina Luzi, opens Silent Moon with metaphorical and introspective lyricism as she sings, “Watched by the silent moon, and followed by my shadows, running from my mind, yet searching for myself yet again….”

The opus expands with poetic prowess and intricate flow to deliver a dimensional indie-pop meets soft-rock hybrid sound, as Angelina Luzi shares her soul.

We appreciate the depth of Silent Moon and the visual manner in which Angelina Luzi brings to life her story of “loss of direction and feeling torn between head and heart”. The build of the track is transcendental in nature, in line with the theme of the song. We are mesmerized by the hook, which invites us to sing along with the Italian and English independent artist.

Described as “a utopian collaboration between The Cranberries and Jeff Buckley with infectious synth lines”, we can feel the artist’s influences, but there is no doubt that Angelina Luzi is creating a universe of her own.

Elaborating on the song, Angelina confesses, “Silent Moon was written in a moment of loss of direction, when the only reassuring feeling would come by watching the moon and its soothing cycles, waiting and hoping for answers to come while torn apart, head and heart. I hope this song gives the same strength and hope to my listeners too.”

We have added the enchanting and inspiring single to our New Music Spotlight playlist, whilst we continue to stream Angelina Luzi‘s wider discography including Let It Go and Fight Your Skin.
