Rising cult platform The Art of Being Queer is launching their Virtual Reality Exhibition this Saturday 19th June. The platform, which is founded by Josh Lewis, is an inclusive space that showcases the work of visionary artists.
The virtual space is designed with Connor from wetdovetail, and the duo have co created an intricate and unique gallery space with brilliantly curated multidimensional art from artists including my film “NEO 10Y v NIHIL: The Kid That Killed Tr*mp” in the cinema room along with pieces from Charlie Galustian, Chorus of Body, Camden Ador, Michelle Mildenhall, Kate Jessop, J GRGRY (who is also performing virtually), Sashathem, Antonis Sideras, AJ Nichols, Anna Mccrea, GESS, Ivor Lane, Shane Allison, DEMO, Rene Farias, Ty Pearl, Connor Shields, Misha Osherovich, Eyemer, Alda Lilja Hrannardottir, Joanne Newman, John Paul, Peter, FANG, Severus Heyn, Dandy, Christopher Williams, Lance Victor Moore, Queer King of Diamonds, Alexis Gutel, Natalie McKean, Raffi Marhaba, Josie Carter, Josefine Aspvik, Martin Kamen, Nich Corbett, Melejuana, Luke Carter, Ori Paul Levi, Mikey Anderson, Paul Richmond, Morgan Sears-Williams, Jason Carr, Elwina Robinson and Gabriel Darcin.
The exhibition provides an identity experience through which we assimilate the ongoing fight for queer representation not only in the art industry, but in mainstream media as a whole.
The space is full of detail and brilliant art and descriptions of each artists, there is even a performance zone, a cinema and a p*le that you can sl**e d**n into a subversive and sexy b***m*nt show!
