Founded by Italian chef Mauro, who moved to London with his wife Min, the duo opened a vegan restaurant with the idea of combining Korean and Italian cuisine. Dishes available range from various delicious kimchi plates to gnocchi, pasta, burger and dessert mochi (a personal favourite) along with various kombucha drinks and teas.
Vegan Yes has also started a partnership with the Mia Mamma Foundation to help as many people as possible. They have created the book Kimchi 360° – available from Amazon and Apple where you can learn how to make the four different colours of probiotic Kimchi and over 15 recipes to use it delicious dishes inspired by Korea and Italy.
