This week saw the launch of the new MINI. As possibly the most recognisable car in the history of time and first released in 1959, the MINI also has a rich fashion heritage with notable collaborations with DSquared2 and Calvin Klein, so it was no surprise that the launch, held at the iconic Old Sorting Office, pulled in London’s finest style icons including Laura Bailey and Henry Holland.
The latest incarnation of the iconic car comes in three models (MINI Cooper, Cooper S and Cooper D) with an updated body, interior and colour design (with five additional colours to the palette), plus more fuel-efficient engines (it’s 2013, so therefore kinda imperative). The heritage and charm is still all there and with an added ten centimetres to the length of the car it feels more masculine and beefy. Now for an Ada + Nik curated design for 2015…
