fashion films: black + white by sorapol directed by ryan andrews
From the creative genius that is Daniel Lismore, comes two fashion films for SORAPOL’s second (monochrome) scarf range, Black & White. Both clips are beautifully produced and directed by Ryan Andrews.
The print on the scarf depicts the story of Vasilisa, a woman born into the pre-revolutionary Russian era, where society still organised people by class. When asked why no colour had been used, Sorapol stated that he wanted “Vasilisa’s disturbing yet mesmerising story to be demonstrated as it was – black and white”.
