Luscious electric guitars form the main body of the track, with classic rock drums, cohesively fused to deliver a cinematic sound reminiscent of the 80s and 90s.

A lead electric guitar takes the stage and becomes the protagonist of the composition taking us on a dimensional journey with detailed finger work and enigmatic nuance.

Delivering a fusion between Americana cinema rock and an almost David Bowie-esque meets Queen vibe, needless to say, we are in awe of the composition.

Steve confirms that North Star was written to breathe some life into the electric guitar again, and we learn that it was created with the intention of soul cleansing and lifting the burden of isolation.

Speaking on his artistry, Steve Craggs says, “Years of professional live playing, recording, mixing, composition and tuition have brought me to a point in my musical career where I am now able to write and record the music that has been bouncing around in my sub-conscious for many years!”

He expands on North Star and states, “Here it is, my debut single, 20 years in the making and the unequivocal rebirth of the electric guitar!”
