Setting the tone with intertwined cosmic frequencies and bold spoken word, Sdar Lotus introduces herself on her new composition Transcendental by boldly saying, “I am Sdar Lotus, I am time and space, I am all…”

The composition expands with breaths and celestial textures brought to life using Heart Chakra Crystal Alchemy Sound Bowls to create a mind and chakra balancing “shimmer” that not only vibrates at the frequency of love, DNA and cellular repair (528hz), but also at the frequency of the universe, or ‘heartbeat of the earth’ (432hz). We are obsessed.

Sdar Lotus goes on to sing atmospherically with a percussive soundscape about her presence, surroundings and connectedness with the universe. Sdar worked with multi talented producer Eha Rouge on the piece.

The rising artist cites “creating cosmic healing music that is revolutionary” as her influence. Sdar Lotus is a Reiki Master, Energy Codes facilitator, Crystal Chakra and Crystal Alchemy Sound Bowl Healer. She aims to create a musical experience that is not only healing for the mind, body, and soul, but also chakra balancing.

She sings, “We’re transcending, we’re transcendental, we’re expanding, we’re existential…”, as she reminds us with positive affirmations how we are indeed star dust.

Additional instruments used to create this epic and immersive vibe include vocal toning, a rainstick and deep vibrating bass. In terms of the creative process with lyricism, Sdar is channelling source, as she tell us “this song was not written but flowed in one fluid take, raw, and organic”.
