They have finally all arrived in full. Here are the three commercials (or short films as our Unkle likes to call them) for Magnum shot by the inimitable Karl Lagerfeld starring Rachel Bilson and Baptiste Giabiconi. They are titled Applause, Photo Mood and Art Class. The key outtake from the campaign – whether you’re in art class, a model or a ballerina, you can still enjoy a Magnum. Last month, we saw a couple of great image previews of the Magnum by Karl Lagerfeld campaign featuring Rachel Bilson. Now we’ve managed to get our hands on a behind the scenes film of the shoot, where you even get to see a little more of Baptiste Giabiconi and the role that he will play in the ballet/Black Swan-inspired commercial.

It has just been leaked, that our Unkle Karl is in the process of directing Magnum ice cream’s new advertising campaign starring Rachel Bilson. Baptiste Giabiconi was also seen on site, and may well be featuring in the campaign too. Here is a Black Swan inspired behind the scenes image from the campaign shoot taking place in Paris.

Three films are being created, “Photo Mood,” “Applause,” and “Art Class,” which will premiere at an exclusive event during the Tribeca Film Festival on April 21. Simultaneous to the premiere during Tribeca, the lead film will be released to fans on Magnum’s Facebook page, and the two subsequent films will make their Facebook debut in the weeks to follow.
