Setting there frequency with an immersive and industrial soundscape, we are already hypnotized by Psykobreak!‘s latest release, Hail Mary.

With synthetic electric guitars, mesmerizing baseline and pulsating drums, Hail Mary opens with the lyrics, “Super super superficial, go ahead and put your powder face on, but you think that we can’t tell the difference because we don’t always look so perfect like you….”

Speaking on the meaning of the track, Psykobreak! say “This song explores the vice grip that those in power hold. They look down on those they control. Though they are ill-suited to fight back, the people grow more vengeful the tighter the elite squeeze…”

The song Hail Mary features Corey Nejati, Riley Buffington and Eliza Costello as songwriters and vocalists, with Riley Buffington as producer, delivering a hybrid and subversive Drum & Bass and Alternative Hip-Hop vibe.

We are obsessed with the instrumental segment of the song which delivers dimensionality and a revolutionary energy that has us hypnotized.

Elaborating on their influences, Psykobreak! confess, “We are inspired by many Electronic, Pop and Hip-Hop acts. This song in particular was heavily inspired by the rhythm of Pendulum and the spooky, hard-hitting synths of The Prodigy”, says the group, but it is clear that they are creating their own identity with their unique sound and energy.
