The song opens with the name of the track, as Prove You Wrong delivers emotive vocals with introspective lyrics, “So it begins, the beginning of the the end, your eyes are colder, your lies grow bolder…”

So It Begins has a magnetic sound, with intricate detail and powerful dynamics. Fans of Velvet Revolver, Audioslave, and Guns’N’Roses will definitely be able to connect with Prove You Wrong, the brainchild of artist Alex Munoz.

We love the depth of the song and some of the stand out lyrics are the self-realized “feeding me the lines, were they always lies?”, the conceptual “I couldn’t tell you when forever came to an end”, and the emotive hook “all over by the crying”.

So It Begins also features a decadent and wild guitar solo that has us completely in awe. Alex Munoz is a multi-instrumentalist from Yuma Arizona who demonstrates a raw yet classically rich rock sound. 

Forging an early connection with rock music, he was influenced by legends such as AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Kiss, and Van Halen which we can feel come through in his work, although it is clear that Prove You Wrong is creating their own universe.
