The video premiered the same night as Gqwen performed with Pharrell on The Voice (under the cut). Spark The Fire is also featured on the new FIAT Italy advert – note the product placement.

Directed by Paul Gore (Saint Laurent Paris, John Legend) comes the brilliant new video from Paloma Faith. P has creatively upped the game with her comeback track “Can’t Rely On You”, yet maintaining a sense of nostalgia that her brand has perpetuated for the last five years. Set in Italy with Italian subtitled, the story is graphic and layered showcasing a feeling of a loss of control, accentuated by Paloma’s incredible vocals. The track is produced by Pharrell.

Pharrell Williams for Moncler

Officially unveiled at the end of September, Moncler has launched a limited edition eyewear collection in collaboration with the incredible talent that is Pharrell Williams (of Britney Spears Boys fame, no irony intended). The campaign and film for the four piece capsule collection take on an avant garde futuristic guise starring Williams and featuring his music production (a track akin to Blurred Lines). The overarching ethos? Putting the branding on the idea, not the idea on the branding. Well, yes.

Remember when I spent a night with Woodkid in Berlin back in March and got into trouble for accidentally Tweeting about him potentially producing for a major pop star? Yeah, well forget about that for now because the Pharrell Williams remix for the already perfect I Love You has arrived. In case you missed it, the Angel Haze feature on the track that surfaced last week is also posted below. Basically, Woodkid is everything and so are these remixes. They’ll make you happy and send chills up and down your spine because that’s what string and drums do (when they’re done well).

Is there anything more to say than that? Here is the one minute TV commercial directed by the incredible Darren Aronofsky starring Jessica Biel and Pharrell. The ad features Pharrell on the soundtrack, and a 30 second edited version is set to his UK TV screens very soon. In essence, this is the perfect template for how adverts and online video content should be made – credible actors, director and soundtrack.
