From Miss Arizona USA to the Miss Universe Organization

In 2012, Erika Frantzve was crowned Miss Arizona USA. That title propelled her onto the national stage, where she competed in the Miss USA pageant, a competition then owned in part by Donald Trump. For years, Trump was closely associated with the Miss Universe Organization, which oversaw Miss USA and Miss Teen USA.

This is the most concrete overlap between Erika and Trump: she competed in a contest that his company ran. Whether she ever personally interacted with Trump during her time in pageantry is unconfirmed, but the association exists by default.

Casting Work and Rumors

After her pageant career, Erika branched into modeling, casting, and entrepreneurship. Some online accounts claim she worked as a casting director for Trump’s pageants, but no verified evidence backs this up. While her résumé does include casting director experience, the pageants themselves have not been tied to her professional record in any official capacity.

In the absence of direct proof, speculation has filled the gap – especially after Trump embraced Erika at Charlie Kirk’s funeral, a gesture that reignited theories that their connection went far deeper than pageantry.

The Question of Israel

Another thread of speculation centers on Erika’s parents and alleged ties to Israel. Here the record is even thinner. Erika herself, alongside Charlie, has been vocally pro-Israel in the familiar evangelical Christian sense – emphasizing the biblical and spiritual importance of the land. Charlie Kirk often said that “Israel changed my life” by making the Bible “pop into reality.”

But there is no documented evidence that Erika’s parents were ever directly involved in Israeli politics, religious institutions, or financial networks. While faith and ideology have clearly shaped Erika and Charlie’s worldview, the claims about her parents remain unverified rumor.

Symbolism vs. Substance

What we see in these overlapping narratives is less a story of hard connections than one of symbolism. Erika’s beauty pageant background intersected structurally with Trump’s business world, which makes for easy theorizing. Her and Charlie’s public support of Israel ties into a larger evangelical trend, which can be read as evidence of deeper connections than actually exist.

Speculation thrives when a figure like Erika Kirk rises suddenly into a position of influence. But the evidence remains thin: her direct ties to Trump are limited to being part of a pageant he owned, and her parents’ ties to Israel are undocumented.

Conclusion

The more Erika Kirk steps into the national spotlight, the more observers search for hidden threads in her past. But when it comes to Donald Trump and Israel, the story is one of overlapping worlds rather than confirmed conspiracies. She competed in a pageant during Trump’s ownership, and she and her late husband were outspoken Christian Zionists – beyond that, most claims about special favors, family ties, or hidden alliances rest more on speculation than fact.

Grooming is often something that guys think is boring or takes too much time. It’s actually really easy to integrate into your daily routine. When the team at All Boxed Up asked me to be a part of this project and essentially curate my own limited edition Grooming Adventure, I wanted to find a set of products that are not only super accessible, but both encourage those who already groom to try something new and to introduce the idea to guys who might not already integrate products as part of their day to day habits.

Proceeds from the Box/Adventure are going to the Albert Kennedy Trust for homeless LGBT youth. The Albert Kennedy Trust supports lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans homeless young people in crisis, a charity particularly brought into focus during the holiday season and cold nights. For example, there are over 4,800 young LGBT people who are homeless or living in hostile environments.

The world is progressively becoming a more accepting place for the LGBT community and I’ve been fortunate enough to grow up in a city where individuality is embraced rather than shunned, but there are countless of kids that don’t have the same opportunity. I want to do what I can to help those living in hostile environments or like some of my friends who found themselves without a home after they came out which is why I am donating proceeds from this box to the Albert Kennedy Trust.
