]]> The long awaited announcement for Britney Spears’ seventh studio album just hit, via Twitter (and Facebook). The pop world has known for a while now that big producers including Max Martin and Dr. Luke have been hard at work on it, but the announcement was finally made official today, preceeded by a couple of teaser Tweets from Adam Leber (her manager) and Britney herself. The album will be made available in March 2011, her first studio album that hasn’t dropped in Q4 since 2000’s release of Oops!…I Did It Again. One can anticipate that Lady Gaga’s second full studio album will also drop in March 2011, as the first single has been announced for February. A big month for pop music!
