Playing on his innate narcissism (but yet undeniably 100% factually correct) the video for Tom Ford for Men: Skincare and Grooming (we saw the campaign with Juan Betancourt drop back in July) has arrived – it is directed by Tom Ford himself and narrated with his ethos behind not only why he launched the collection but and understanding into what he wants every man to achieve from it.

So with that in mind, I have taken the effort to transcribe the monologue and share it with you all.

I believe that taking care of one’s self adds quality to life, and that looking the best you can is a show of respect to those around you. Tom Ford for Men is based on my own personal grooming regimen. It’s born from my deep conviction that fine grooming doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective.

It should be simple, straightforward and intuitive. The collection includes multifunctional skin care products to calm, comfort and mattify the skin; and grooming products to balance imperfections and achieve a polished look.
