The track expands with an EDM build fused with the exceptional vocal talents of the singer as we experience an emotive performance from the Israeli singer of Ukrainian origin who discusses the important subject of love energy. Speaking on the track, JIVA says, “In this difficult time, only love can save us from war.”

Right now JIVA‘s parents, brothers and sisters are under fire in Ukraine. She says, “AHAVA is a love song. Not about romantic love, but the love that only the soul can experience. When you experience this feeling, there is no place for violence in the world.” We know well that love is the shortcut to world peace.

JIVA’s ethereal vocals fuse seamlessly with the soundscape of Russian music producer Dmitry Dubrov, who brings a mixture of trip-hop and darkwave.

The song is written in Hebrew, but JIVA says, “you don’t need to know that language to understand it. Music is the universal language of the soul. Therefore, it does not matter what language the song is written in, the main thing is that it hits the heart”. AHAVA is so emotive and intricately produced and has us in our feels as JIVA channels the universe.
