The expansion of the track midway through with a fierce electric guitar accompanying Vanity Ladner as she shares her sirencore vocals with a high emotional quotient. The build is sublime and theatrical with a poetic instrumental conclusion that feels almost meditative.

We deeply connect with the fusion of doom metal and ethereal vocals with cinematic textures inspired by German Expressionism. The song itself explores notions of mental fragility and resilience through visceral sound and symbolism.

We learn that Muse to Sirens is led by Vanity Ladner and Ozymandias “Ozy” Ladner. Their story began in the bars and underground venues of Shanghai before they returned to the U.S. Their sound draws from the golden era of Gothic music and the folklore of America’s Deep South.

“Glass Wings” was produced by Joseph Drenning and crafted by the Ladners as a dark anthem of resistance.
