As for the production, it is sublime. It blends vintage synthesizers, modulated guitars, a hypnotic Höfner bassline with crisp drums, and of course, Even In Darkness‘s ethereal vocals. Written, produced, mixed, and mastered entirely by Even In Darkness, the song is designed to prioritise atmosphere and emotional progression over conventional pop structure.
