I’ve always believed in the ideology of multi-platform creativity. Creation without judgement and application of one’s artistry through various mediums. To bring this to life has been a challenge, but an incredible journey. Whether it is still or moving image, digital animation, menswear design or paint on canvas – as you can experience here, my work is tied cohesively with a signature that translates across each of these mediums.

Sublimation X with Claire Luxton

Over the last 11 months, artist and architect Claire Luxton and I have collaborated three times on Ada + Nik projects (with the creation of the architectural black cube for Noir Desir – the film and show – and more recently for SYN with the addition of five bespoke canvases inspired by the ideology of the plus sign) so it felt really natural to partner with Claire on her Avalon exhibition at Contemporary Collective. I’m one of two creatives teaming up with Claire – we have a collaborative zone within the space at 12a Vyner Street which features twelve pieces that we co-created, treating each other as canvas, translating it through image and then back onto physical canvas. The idea was a hybrid process that heroed our mutual vision and the idea of being a polymath in 2015. The works are entitled Sublimation X and can be viewed in full for the next month at 12a Vyner Street. A little preview below!
