First announced via an illustration (under the cut) back in March, the visual for Lorde’s M.A.C. collaboration has arrived – and she looks beyond beautiful. Photographed by Charles Howells, the image features a brooding Lorde wearing her products — lipstick in Pure Heroine, a deep plum first debuted on Lorde in the video for Tennis Court, and Penultimate Eye Liner in Rapidblack, a deep black. The lipstick retails for $16 and the Eye Liner for $19.50 internationally on the MAC website and at MAC stores.

introducing mon shu girl: karl lagerfeld’s anime creation for shu uemura
Published August 31, 2012In just over ten days time, I will be in Paris for the launch of Karl Lagerfeld’s exclusive collaboration with shu uemura. Here is the teaser video for the new line, which introduces “Mon Shu Girl” – the chic anime character blending “Japanese pop with European chic”. The collection launches exclusively at Selfridges from November. Preview the collection under the cut.
