Fused with magnetic and ethereal frequencies, Brontë Horder, Cali Satellites and Leo Guardo open their joint EP with the title track, Only The Good Ones .

“I’d break all my mirrors if I was brave enough…” sings Brontë Horder, whilst the trio creates an epic ethereal soundscape introduction, before we are opened up to an expanded electronica energy.

The song writing is intricate and poetic, with flawless and ethereal vocal performance and production. The fusion of live instrumentation with electronic gives a sense of depth to the sonic landscape. We are immersed.

The collective effort, comprised three multi-disciplinary artists have come together for this project which is lyrically Brontë Horder channelling the universe in fusion with the soundscape.

She says, it is “focused on the power of words that comes as a natural evolution of past collaborations, and that is born with a completely new stylistic direction, to explore new musical boundaries in the name of complete creative freedom free to flow, without rules but with only the desire to express emotions and feelings of the human soul.”

We love a raw expression of the universe and this is why independent projects are always more cohesive and plugged into group consciousness. Only The Good Ones is a shining and celestial example of this.

The second track is Before We Say Goodbye and we love the multi-dimensionality of the lyricism in cohesive synch with the future bass panning synth which has an epic frequency and the elegant and ethereal guitar. Before We Say Goodbye really showcases Brontë’s vocals and we are in awe.

Life Of The Party is the third track and in harmony with the rest of the EP is a brilliant track, with a great message from the artists to chill, “you don’t have to be the life of the party, it’s alright if you just show up”.

The final track is Don’t Trust A Word and the tone is set with a pulsing frequency and we are in deep. The ethereal vocal textures are infinite as Brontë introspectively sings the hook.
