A beautiful thing just happened. Grimes returned to music. To make this an even more beautiful and monumentous affair, the comeback single features Blood Diamonds. The track was originally written for Rihanna. I am really happy that Grimes released this herself. Like, really really glad.

This is a water test, and comes fully loaded with not only a disclaimer, but an unfinished set of press shots (photographed by her brother) below. The album isn’t finished, this is EDM Grimes – it fucking works, but isn’t necessarily true to who she is, although it also SCREAMS “hi, I’m Grimes, this is a Grimes song with a commercial aspect, and I’m back”. I love it.
