]]> This week I was invited by Lavazza to Milan for the launch of their the twentieth edition of their iconic calendar, but as I was in NY I couldn’t make it over in time. In terms of visuals and content, the 2012 edition is absolutely breathtaking. The coffee brand united twelve high profile photographers to co-create the calendar entitled ‘The Lavazzers’.

Annie Leibovitz, Miles Aldridge, David LaChapelle, Mark Seliger, Elliott Erwitt, Finlay MacKay, Ellen von Unwerth Erwin Olaf, Thierry Le Gouès, Marino Parisotto, Eugenio Recuenco and Albert Watson were briefed to demonstrate their love of Lavazza coffee through self-portraits. Check out some of the highlight images below (by Mark Seliger, David LaChappelle and Ellen Von Unwerth) along with a beautiful piece of video content taking us through the creation journey.
