air-is-ay, also knowns as Arizah is a multi-genre singer-songwriter and rapper who got their start in rap trio AJ6 along with Jazzy Blaze, & Gxbriel, before deciding to pursue singing as a solo career.

Speaking on their new release, air-is-ay says, “Homies is my way of introducing rap as well to my career. The tone of Homies is similar to my previous release Vibes, which was the second release, following my debut single take me to Mars.”

air-is-ay delivers an epic and intimate flow, which is inviting as they ask their muse to be their homie and foster a deeper connection. The bells are the main melodic protagonist of the song, along with air-is-ay‘s profound and stylized delivery.

The rising artist hails from Arlington, Texas and began their music journey in 2015 writing lyrics in the back of old books in class. Their expansion, through playing with AJ6, has eventually lead them to the solo artist that they are today.
