Earlier today Dr Martens launched the first film for the new campaign “First and Forever” (a project that I have been consulting on) starring Agyness Deyn and Ash Stymest, where Agyness reveals her first heartbreak. The content was created by ODD London.

Doc Martens are also encouraging fans and the digital mafia to get involved on Twitter and their website by revealing their “firsts”. Check out the rather brilliant “Map of Firsts” on their website or Tweet with the hashtag #FIRSTANDFOREVER. I’m glad to say that after today’s transatlantic launch the blogosphere is already awash with revelations. Check out the film and the full set of AW11 campaign images below (and under the cut).

britney spears MTV VMA 2011 promo film + tribute announcement

Need I say anything more than the word “flawless”? Maybe “icon/iconic” too. Check out the clip below and the behind the scenes video under the cut. A Godney tribute? Amazing.

According to MTV: Artists will perform a tribute featuring a single from each of Spears’ 6 first albums – “…Baby, One More Time”, “Oops!… I Did It Again”, “Slave 4 U”, “Toxic”, “Gimme More”, “Circus”. Spears will take the stage to perform “Hold It Against Me” and “I Wanna Go”, before being honored with the VMAs Video Vanguard Award for Lifetime Achievement in Video.”
