As part of its ongoing brand alignment with fashion, Mercedes Benz has commissioned London-Luxembourg label Belle Sauvage (Christian Neuman and Virginia Ferreira) to design a special edition A-Class with one of their prints. Here is the somewhat psychedelic/abstract fashion film to accompany the SS13 collection and unveil the car design. The clip is directed by Chris Neuman.

The exterior design of the special edition A-Class features a bold and ultra-intricate signature artwork by Belle Sauvage, which is also the star print of their new Spring Summer 2013 luxury ready-to-wear collection.

music video: lana del rey – ride directed by antony mandler

A mere thirty six hours ago, Lana Del Rey and director Antony Mandler unveiled the short film for the debut single from Born To Die: The Paradise Edition “Ride” to fans at Santa Monica’s Aero Theater. The video itself is ten minutes long and features a stunning monoglogue written and narrated by Lana (see for full text under the cut). Once again, team Lana/Mandler has created a work of art.

We have nothing to lose, nothing to gain, nothing we desired anymore- except to make our lives into a work of art.
