Establishing the mood with a pounding techno beat and industrial textures with syncopated percussion elements and Eastern synth-flutes, ROMAN CIGI opens HEAVENUS with cerebral dimensionality and intricacy.
The opus expands with a static synth and celestial detailing to take us on a mind-bending trip with cinematic allure. There is no doubt that HEAVENUS would be perfect for a rave scene in a Blade sequel or a club night at Berghain.
We appreciate the uniqueness and the atmospheric vocal ad libs as well as the cosmic synth that manifests a high emotional quotient. The rippling percussive nuances are akin to a DMT trip, and we appreciate the hypnotic repetitions and the vocalization invitation of “take me there”, which aligns with the title of the track.
The final EDM build is magnificent with a high octane crescendo, shooting laser textures and all of the melodic motifs colliding into one energetic re-up. We are hypnotised the by final riser and Eastern breakdown moment, which truly leaves us yearning for more.

ROMAN CIGI philosophically confesses, “Conceptually, HEAVENUS is not a physical place, but a state of mind – a personal sanctuary and an escape from the chaos of everyday life.” He adds with reference to the captivating visuals, “The artwork reinforces this vision, depicting a heavenly soldier in steel armour, winged and helmeted, walking between worlds amid stars and cosmic light. This imagery mirrors the balance of strength, emotion, and transcendence that defines the track.”
