Establishing the mood with a dimensional and textured Aftrobeats soundscape with trippy drum rolls and a refined mix, NOCOLOUR open ALL YOU DO with dynamism and intricacy. The opus expands with a tropical adjacency, perfect for a beach club at night.
An immersive synthscape comes into play, with cerebral vocal ad libs. This manifests a higher spiritual quotient and an almost meditative, trance-like appeal to the track. We appreciate the cohesive tapestry of sound that comes to life and the emotive nuances, the cosmic synth crescendos, and the panned detailing that fills out the space.
There is no doubt that NOCOLOUR are masters of their art form, and although the piece is fluid as a whole, there are subtle ebbs and flows and new vocalizations that keep us enthralled throughout, particularly with the emergence of the title hook midway through the composition.
ALL YOU DO also holds a cinematic allure and would be perfect for a range of sync placements, notably a TV show set in a tropical location, such as White Lotus on HBO, or a future season of Nine Perfect Strangers. The final moments reverberate with a gated synth that leaves us yearning for more, but also feels like tripping into another dimension. It is details like this that truly make the composition stand out.

We learn that NOCOLOUR is the Afro House project of German producerMarcus Voss and Cuban-born Will Hernandez. The project is designed to blend technical precision with deep rhythmic soul to create raw and hypnotic music for connection on festival stages and clubs. It is no surprise that since debuting, the duo has gained rapid industry support, becoming a staple on BBC Introducing Solent with four tracks played in total. Their song Number One was ‘Track of the Week’, and enjoyed two full weeks of rotation!
The creators confess, “This track is a nod to the sophisticated Afro House sound currently dominating global dancefloors. Influences include the percussive elegance of Keinemusik (&ME, Adam Port) and the atmospheric depth of Black Coffee. You can hear these influences in the track’s driving club energy balanced with melodic warmth.”
Needless to say, we are in awe, and have added ALL YOU DO to our New Music Spotlight playlist, and our TIMELESS and TRIPPY playlists, whilst we continue to stream the wider discography of NOCOLOUR, including I AM HERE, and their NUMBERS EP.
