Speaking on the release, the star confesses, “This song is about procrastination, wrong turns, and breaking what was already broken just to breathe again – I did what I had to do to leave what was suffocating me. It’s me accepting that, coming to terms with it, and finally breaking free. Just finishing this song myself is huge – it proves I’m capable and can finally move on with my own music.”
