Speaking on her ever expanding artistry, Michellar confesses, “This [is] my 25th release in ten months. My journey as a songwriter and recording artist has impacted my life in ways I couldn’t imagine three years ago. I have met so many artists, producers, musicians , press. people and music professionals along the way. It has been so overwhelmingly satisfying for me to share my stories through my songs. If life for me … means that I may be able to make a difference writing songs, then I have found my calling. Time will tell.”
With reference to the lyrics, she adds, “Spring is time of reawakening from a long Winter slumber… so I wanted to create a song that reflected that awakening through an upbeat tempo, a chill melody and lyrics that will hopefully get listeners to sing along about getting to their paradise… whether that is a spring vacation, a garden, or a new beginning in a new adventure or place.”
