Our obsession with Jenny Maybee seems to grow with every listen. You will know by now that we have featured a slew of her recent releases, which have been consistently sublime, intentional and hold a high emotional quotient – something that we connect with deeply. There is no doubt that Jenny’s authenticity is tangible, and that her high quality and consistent output is manifesting greatness for the rising star.
Naturally, we were curious to hear her latest opus, Love Let Me In, and wanted to share our experience. Establishing the mood with glistening keys and an emotive electric guitar with nuanced cymbal percussions, Jenny sings, “Love let me in, hear my heart resounding…”
The opus expands with stunning layered vocals and a sublime strings arrangement as Jenny expresses her soul and protective nature with the lyrics. She assures us “I will be with you every morning, I will be with you in every dark night..”
The gospel choral vocal production is nothing short of transcendental, tugging on our heart strings and inviting us into a state of spiritual comfort. Of course, the lyrics of the song can be interpreted in a literal human manner, but it is clear that Jenny holds a deep connection with the universe and her lyrics are also all encompassing. The build of the song is captivating, and Jenny’s vocal range and high emotion is nothing short of divine.

Speaking directly on the release, produced once again with Isha The Mad Scientist, Jenny confesses, “Love Let Me In is a powerful ballad of vulnerability and redemption with heartfelt lyrics that call for surrender to love’s transformative power.”
The star elaborates, “With an intimate yet universal message, it captures the courage it takes to tear down walls and invite connection. This song is a soaring anthem of hope and unity, reminding us that even in the darkest nights, love has the power to heal, guide, and illuminate the way forward.”
We learn that Love Let Me In was an emotionally powerful song to write, Jenny tells us that the feeling was so intense that when she first wrote it, it took dozens of times singing the song through before she could get through it without tears. This is when we know that a song was transmuted from source – as tears brings us closer to God.
Naturally, we have added Love Let Me In to our New Music Spotlight playlist, and our TIMELESS playlist, whilst we continue to stream Jenny Maybee‘s growing discography, and anticipate future releases from the visionary artist.
