Moon and Aries, one of the most creative and hard-working acts in music, just released a brand new, and somewhat seasonal release, Don’t Feed The Demons.
The track kicks off with a subversive, rising bass synth and textured percussion before singer Jordana Moon shares the opening lyrics, “A hunger for my mind, invitations of lonely cries, but I can’t take you breathing in my direction…”
What we love about Moon and Aries, aside from their super engaging production, high end sound design, and conscious artistry… is the fact that we can always count on them for a lyrically insightful adventure, and Don’t Feed The Demons is no exception.
The pair tells us that Don’t Feed The Demons is “a song about facing your inner demons with courage and determination, knowing that your outer world will then reflect your positive metamorphosis.”
The wise creators never cease to amaze us and we are lost in their soundscape, and philosophies. Tom and Jordana create with the intention to “uplift spirits, incite personal revolutions, and act as a beacon towards self-discovery”, and Don’t Feed The Demons serves as another vessel to help our collective liberation.
We have added Don’t Feed The Demons to our New Music Spotlight playlist and our brand new TIMELESS playlist, whilst we continue to stream their growing discography, and anticipate future releases from the visionary creators.
