It has been a hugely creative year for Grace & Moji, and since the epic visual for Monster, we have been looking forward to hearing their third single, Tipping Point!
Drawing us in with an intimate acoustic guitar performance and atmospheric vocals from Moji, Tipping Point opens with intrigue and emotional depth as he sings, “She’s been open and honest, brutally honest… She’s been paranoid and all annoyed, waiting for the tipping point…”
The opus expands as Grace takes to the mic with situational prose, whilst a luscious, astral frequency accompanies her before an ethereal joint chorus lends itself to a transcendental and thought-provoking energy.
The husband-wife duo confess that Tipping Point “delves into the precarious moment where a relationship teeters on the brink of collapse, yet clings to hope, love, and resilience.”
We always appreciate the conscious and philosophical nature of what Grace & Moji create with their universe. Tipping Point also comes with a stunning golden body paint covered lyric video to bring to life the poetic nature of the piece. Needless to say, we are in awe!
Speaking on the release, Grace confesss, “This is one of the most powerful and raw moments on our EP. It captures the drama and how hard communication can be sometimes coupled with beautiful moments of commitment to working it out.”
Moji adds with sincerity, “This song symbolizes one of the hardest times of my life, when I really thought that our marriage might be coming to an end. Tipping Point helped us express those feelings when we needed it and is part of the reason we managed to make a full recovery.”
We have featured Tipping Point to our New Music Spotlight playlist, whilst we continue to stream Our Love, and Monster, and anticipate future releases from the talented duo!
