Our obsession with Frank Bramble grows with every listen. We have previously featured the visionary British artist when he teamed up with Kyle Horne and Hanwell on the emotional, Fall to Flames, as well as his astral with cerebral release, Spaced Out, the high concept, high octane collaborating with AmberClxre, Serotonin, and the vulnerable single, Pain, so when we heard that Frank was back with Abnormal, we couldn’t wait to listen and share our experience.
To open the song, Frank Bramble shares prose filled with gratitude as he sings, “What a magical ride, I’ve never known anything like this, what a mystical vibe, I hope it carries on forever, such an abnormal life, looking back at the times…”
The accompanying soundscape is immersive, organic and dynamic, showcasing nothing short of instrumental mastery, as the artist delivers what feels like an optimistic mood shift from his previous work.
What we love about Frank Bramble is his authenticity, and Abnormal showcases growth and maturity and a positive outlook on reality, which in turn leaves us feeling inspired and uplifted!
Speaking on his journey thus far, Frank Bramble confesses, “It is clear from my creative output that my passion is front and centre.” With reference to Abnormal, we learn that the “ode to embracing the extraordinary aspects of everyday life” is a reflection of Frank Bramble’s lived experience as “a young adult navigating the transition from university to full-time work”, in turn celebrating “the chaos and beauty of life’s abnormal nature, reminding listeners to find joy in the unexpected.”
We love what Frank Bramble creates, and have added Abnormal to our New Music Spotlight playlist, whilst we continue to stream his wider discography and anticipate future releases from the star.
